We’re bringing the Business Trip and PsyMed Ventures communities into one place. Logistically, this means new episodes of Business Trip will be shared via the PsyMed Ventures social media accounts. We will be converting this Business Trip substack to PsyMed Ventures.

We, Greg & Matias, started the podcast in 2020 to tell stories about how to thoughtfully build a company in psychedelic medicine and mental health. Within a year, we realized that there was an opportunity to fund startups building frontier mental health solutions. This led to the formation of the PsyMed Ventures fund and syndicate.

Since we’re the folks working on both the podcast and investing, we think it makes sense to engage with our community in one place. Our mission remains the same: to expand access to psychedelic medicine and transformational mental health technologies.

We have some great episodes planned for 2023. Business Trip episodes cover what we consider interesting and not necessarily related to our investments. We aim to amplify the voices of entrepreneurs, researchers, and advocates who are doing important work.
