I just want to throw this out there—There is no such thing as a "nonhallucinogenic psychedelic." There are nonhallucinogenic psychoplastogens and nonhallucinogenic agonists of the 5-HT2A receptor, but psychedelics are defined as a class of hallucinogenic drugs

Bad psychotherapy can't be turned into good psychotherapy by adding psilocybin or MDMA dosing sessions.

DSM has added a new diagnosis: Prolonged Grief Disorder. There should b no timeline on feeling whole again (they put it at a year), but I'd ask researchers to consider using MDMA assisted therapies for this new classification. Or psilocybin assisted therapy. Or LSD. Or ayahuasca.
